ShamRock N’ Roll Dance Raises Over $12,000 for Ohio’s Hospice
Ohio’s Hospice hosted its annual ShamRock N’ Roll Dance on March 16, 2024, at Wolf Run Acres. The event brought together 84 community members for an evening of celebration, fundraising, and fun.
The ShamRock N’ Roll Dance, a fundraising event for Ohio’s Hospice, aimed to raise funds to support the organization’s mission of providing superior care and services to patients and families. The event featured a Silent Auction, which was a hit among attendees and contributed significantly to the overall fundraising goal. The crowd enjoyed the sounds of the 80s with an interactive performance by Vinyl Countdown, a live band that kept everyone rocking all night long. Guests also indulged in mouthwatering delights from the Road House Grill Food Truck.
“We are honored by the success of this year’s ShamRock N’ Roll Dance,” said Candis Conley, one of the key event coordinators for the event. “It’s heartwarming to see our community come together to support such a worthy cause. The funds raised will directly benefit our patients and their families, allowing us to continue providing exceptional care and services.”
The event raised more than $12,000, which will go to support patient care and the mission of Ohio’s Hospice. The organization expressed its gratitude to all sponsors, partners, volunteers, and attendees who made the event a success.
