Ohio’s Hospice 2024 Golf Classic Raises $13k for Patient Care
The annual Ohio’s Hospice Golf Classic at Snow Hill Country Club in New Vienna raised more than $13,000 to support superior care and superior services for patients and families in the local community. The successful fundraising event brought together 56 golfers forming 14 teams for a day of community, competition and charitable giving.
“The funds that were raised will be allocated right back to the local community in helping Ohio’s Hospice provide superior end-of-life care to our patients and their families,” explained Special Events Coordinator, Candis Conley. “We’re grateful for the generous support of our sponsors and participants who make this impact possible.”
Despite initial weather challenges that required using the scheduled rain date, participants enjoyed ideal conditions for the rescheduled event. The day-long celebration included breakfast, lunch, refreshments throughout the day, and entertaining games of chance.
“We ended up with a beautiful day on the rain date! Huge thanks to Snow Hill Golf Course for rescheduling this event and for always providing us will such a well-preserved course and excellent service!” Conley said.
