Hospice Care for HIV/AIDS Patients

Every patient is unique. Patients with HIV/AIDS who are experiencing the following challenges in care may consider hospice as an option that can be of assistance:

  • The development or advancement of other life-threatening conditions such as cancer, heart disease or lymphoma
  • Increasing and repeated emergency room visits and hospitalizations
  • Lack of response to antiviral therapy
