Denise Moore Selected to Serve on Board of Directors for Health Policy Institute of Ohio
Denise Moore, a community outreach liaison with Ohio’s Hospice, has been appointed to the board of directors at the Health Policy Institute of Ohio (HPIO).
In her role as a community outreach liaison, Denise has been an amazing asset to the Ohio’s Hospice Business Development team. Karen Parziale-McFall, director of Business Development at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton, praised Denise for her contributions to the organization.
“Denise has been such an asset to our business development team and to our organization. She has brought her hospice experience and expertise to us and collaborates well with her teammates,” Parziale-McFall said. ”She always shares her best practices and is willing to assist teammates and other departments with initiatives. Denise truly has a hospice heart!”
Jeff Lycan, president of National Hospice Cooperative, agreed with this sentiment.
“I was excited to hear about Denise’s appointment to the HPIO Board. I believe it is important to note that her work with hospice was recognized at a state-level organization that has high visibility in the political arena,” Lycan said. “I also think Denise is uniquely qualified for this role due to her past experiences and current interest and connection with multiple organizations that help us better understand issues around equity and diversity.”
