Dayton Moose Lodge Celebrates 25 Years of Compassion and Community

In a remarkable milestone of community engagement, we are honored to recognize Dayton Moose Lodge #73 in Beavercreek for 25 years of partnership with Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. Over the years, the Beavercreek Moose Lodge has steadfastly supported Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton, embodying a commitment to compassionate care for those in need.

Dayton Moose Lodge Celebrates 25 Years of Compassion and Community

The Moose Lodge’s enduring commitment to our mission is rooted in a sense of community and a belief in supporting local organizations that provide meaningful care. Chris Hollan, administrator of Moose Lodge #73, explains, “Many of our Moose members have had firsthand experiences with Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton and the excellent care from all of the dedicated staff. It’s this personal connection that continues to draw us to support an organization that exemplifies compassionate end-of-life care and grief support to adults and children left behind.”

Having contributed a cumulative total exceeding $200,000, this organization has played a crucial role in supporting various initiatives. Specifically, their backing has been directed towards youth counseling and the Kid’s Camp program. The financial support is vital to continue providing at-risk youth the emotional and psychological tools needed to cope with loss. Statewide donations to all Ohio’s Hospice affiliates from Loyal Order of Moose organizations have reached an impressive $335,190. These contributions showcase the dedication and collective efforts of Moose Lodges across the state, emphasizing their commitment to making a positive impact in our communities.

We honor and celebrate the members of the Dayton Moose Lodge #73 on this significant milestone. Hollan encourages continued support for the mission of Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. “Please continue to contribute to Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton as they need all the support we can give to provide compassionate care to patients and their families. Your contributions makes a difference, ensuring that individuals and families facing challenging times receive the care and support they deserve.”

The Loyal Order of Moose Lodges have been a cornerstone for Ohio communities for generations, dedicated to fostering a spirit of camaraderie, compassion, and community service. Moose Lodge organizations continue to play an integral role in supporting local charities and initiatives that positively impact the lives of those in need.
