Celebrating our Physicians on National Doctors’ Day
Each year on March 30, we recognize and honor our physicians on National Doctors’ Day for all they do to support our mission. We’re grateful to them for the kindness, expertise and compassion they provide to our patients each and every day.
Our compassionate, patient-focused medical team, led by physicians, works to provide superior care and superior services to each patient and family. As a crucial part of our care team, physicians provide medical expertise and personally address the needs of the patients we are honored and privileged to serve. Learn more about our physicians and how they’re serving our mission below.
Providing Expertise Through Servant Leadership
Our doctors are certified specialists in hospice and palliative care. They are experts in providing support, comfort and dignity to patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses. They deliver world-class care to our patients, developing personalized care for each and every patient.
Leading Our Care Teams
Throughout the state of Ohio, our physicians are leading our care teams to provide expert medical care, pain management, and emotional and spiritual support tailored to each patient’s needs. Our physicians set care plans for patients and ensure that care team members are in place to support our patients.
Educating the Future of Hospice and Palliative Medicine
In addition to providing care to patients, our physicians also educate and train medical students, residents and fellows pursuing hospice and palliative care. They inspire physicians to become outstanding compassionate doctors who will be well prepared to care for patients and families at all stages of a life-limiting illness.
