Hoedown for Hospice Raises More Than 35k for Patient Care and Services
Our second annual Hoedown for Hospice was a wonderful success, raising more than $35,000 to benefit patient care and help create funding for all patients regardless of their ability to pay.
The event was held at the Boneshakers Grand Ballroom in the Timberlanes Complex in Salem, OH. The 110 people in attendance enjoyed an evening full of good food, great music, dancing, and fundraising games.
Kibler’s Long Rifles, our event sponsor, drew the winning entry for the online raffle that raised almost $25,000 towards the overall amount raised.
The Wrangler band performed, and Jordan Miller, of the Jordan Miller News, was our Emcee. Richard Spack and his line dancers performed and entertained the crowd.
Thank you to our event committee members: Debbie Johnson, Sue Kibler, Vickie Nelson, Linda Sebo, Barb Stamp, and Patti Emge.
