Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton to Host Annual 3k/5k Remembrance Walk on Oct. 23
Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton will host its annual 3k/5k Remembrance Walk on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021, at 10 am at the Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton campus (324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420).
Community members, friends and family members are invited to walk in honor or memory of loved ones. Net proceeds from the Remembrance Walk benefit patient care and services at Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton, a not-for-profit, community-based organization.
Registration begins at 8:30 am. Celebration of Life signs will be displayed along the main entrance of the Hospice House. Fruit and water will be available Saturday morning for participants.
Registration for an individual walk is $25. For a team of 10 or more, registration is $20 per person. Active military or Veterans can register for $20. Youth walkers ages 12 and under are $15. In addition, Celebration of Life signs can be purchased for $20 and will be displayed along the family and friends entrance of the Hospice House. Participants must register by Oct. 4 to guarantee an event T-shirt. To register, visit www.HospiceofDayton.org/Walk21 or call 937.222.WALK.
